The best learning experiences are built around a compelling story—and mine begins in sunny San Diego, California, where I was born and raised. I earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and later completed a master’s degree in Educational Technology, along with a graduate certificate in Educational Games and Simulations, from Boise State University.

My professional journey includes teaching English as a Second Language both internationally and across the United States, experiences that shaped my learner-centered approach to design. I am currently working as an instructional designer at the College of Western Idaho, where I collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging, accessible, and effective learning experiences.

Drawing on both teaching and instructional design expertise, I apply evidence-based learning principles to create interactive content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Engage 360. I also bring experience in multimedia development, including video production with Camtasia and Adobe Premiere Pro, to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
